On 8 May 2026, with the support and facilitation of the Shandong Provincial Government’s Trade and Economic Office in Oceania, the Victorian Shandong Chamber of Commerce and the Queensland Shandong Chamber of Commerce jointly supported a brand internationalisation exchange event for Shandong enterprises, held at the Victorian Shandong Association’s meeting room.

Victorian Shandong Association and Chamber of Commerce President Chen Guangbao, together with representatives from its board and secretariat, joined Queensland Shandong Association and Chamber of Commerce President Ma Deling and his delegation, as well as Li Xiankai, Overseas Business Lead of Jijing Windows and Doors, a leading Chinese building materials enterprise, at the event.

The exchange focused on Shandong enterprises’ expansion into the Australian market, brand establishment and localised operations.

With the active support of the Shandong Provincial Government’s Trade and Economic Office in Oceania, the Shandong associations in Victoria and Queensland leveraged their community and chamber platforms to build connections for Shandong enterprises, represented by Jijing Windows and Doors, supporting Shandong brands to establish a strong presence and achieve steady growth in Australia.

Looking ahead, the Victorian Shandong Association and Chamber of Commerce will continue to bring together resources, support enterprises from its hometown, and further deepen economic cooperation and people-to-people exchanges between Shandong and Australia.
