The Victoria Shandong Fellowship Association (VSFA) was formed in February 2024 by overseas Shandong people in Australia with the mission of "establishing the image of Shandong, promoting Shandong culture, uniting overseas compatriots, and achieving win-win cooperation." With the strong support of Shandong compatriots, relevant social departments, and enthusiastic individuals from all walks of life, the Victoria Shandong Fellowship Association and Chamber of Commerce currently has over 1,000 registered members. Key leaders of the original Shandong organization have also joined the advisory board to share their experience in various areas.

In the future, the Victoria Shandong Association and Chamber of Commerce will further strengthen the ties between Shandong compatriots, friends and related people living in Victoria, Australia, to strengthen hometown ties and enhance feelings; vigorously promote the traditional culture of Confucius and Mencius, cultivate a sense of home and country, and love China, Shandong and Australia; actively promote exchanges and cooperation in the social, cultural, economic and technological fields between Australia, especially Victoria and Shandong Province; and encourage fellow villagers to live in peace with local people, actively participate in social welfare activities, and strive for and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese people.
